When passing through a precooler the cold air is reheated. A refrigerant compressor and condenser supply refrigerant to super cooler through expansion device. The hot gas by pass valve matched the operation of refrigerant system to the compressed air cooling load. In the super cooler heat is transferred from the compressed air to refrigerant. The process cools the air resulting in condensation. The condensed moisture of the Industrial Refrigerated Air Dryer is removed by an inbuilt moisture separator and automatic drain valve.
